MERRY CHRISTMAS HO HO HO!!!!

The year 2008 is almost at and end. 2009 is but 6 days and a few more hours away. With that in mind, i have changed my blog theme to suit the coming year and added a new banner in the spirit of Christmas.

A roundup of what happened throughout the year in my calendar.

1. Attended GACC08 in March.
2. Caught the photography bug not so long after.
3. Attended a lot more ACG-related events(ACF08, ACGC08, WCG08).
4. Watched plenty of anime(lame or otherwise).
5. Went to Singapore for Anime Fest Asia 2008, interviewed May’n and did a Shrine report.
6. Attended the official launch of Red Alert 3.
7. More photography.
8. Attended Shah’s wedding.
9. ???
10. PROFIT!!!!

Here’s to a new year in 6 days and several hours. Hopefully, thou shalt not be alone. T_T

Traditionally, most people including Kurogane and Shin, have split up their respective reviews and comments about Comic Fiesta into two parts, one for Day One and one for Day Two. Me not being much of a writer, and more of a photog, i instead have put all my thoughts into one post which i hope you’ll find interesting and not to dry.

First off, congrats to the Comic Fiesta committee for organizing and running the most successful Comic Fiesta event yet. Compared to what it was last year, three years ago and when it first started, it’s come a long way. However, over the past number of times it has been held, not much attention was paid to fan comments and feedback. This time though, things have definitely improved.

Because i’m not writing the CF report, i get to blogwhore on my favourite shots of Comic Fiesta, held on the 20th and 21st of Fecember. I did get a chance to do a proper shoot with the Hellsing group on the first day and with Alicia’s Hayate cosplay on the second day.It’s amazing what proper lighting will do to a photograph.
